ENROLLMENT:
Once Upon A Preschool is licensed and registered with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families. We value diversity, therefore there shall be no discrimination on the basis of race, color or sex. We welcome children who are:
1. 2 years 8 months up to 4 years old by September 1st.
2. Fully toilet trained before the first day of school.
SCHOOL YEAR:
Our school year begins the week after Labor Day and runs through the first week in June, coordinating well with the public school calendar year. The preschool calendar year is for 32 weeks of preschool. Teacher/Child ration is 1:8. Classes are at full capacity with 16 children. Both classes are on held on consecutive days; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
TWTH morning class is from 8:30 – 11:15
TWTH afternoon class is from 12:00 – 2:45
TUITION: $2900 (32 weeks, 3 days a week, 2 hours 45 minutes each day)
OPEN HOUSE: Families are invited to attend Open House on the third Thursday in January from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
REGISTRATION: Current and former OUP families are given first priority to register for the new school year beginning January 2.
Remaining spots will be chosen by a lottery system on Friday, January 23rd.
Registration Tuition Contract forms for the 2026-27 school year will be posted at the bottom of this page in January.
1. Fees: There is a $300 nonrefundable deposit required within 48 hours of learning that your child has been offered a spot in the program. This amount includes a one time $50 application fee. (Please note: $250 of the deposit will apply to tuition.)
2. Payments: The remaining $2650 tuition payment is due on June 1st.
If you would prefer to cover tuition costs with monthly installments, you can choose to make nine monthly payments of $325 beginning on April 1st and ending on Dec. 1st. (This option brings your tuition total (with deposit) to $ 3,175.)
3. Refunds: In the event that you need to pull your child out once they are enrolled, a pro-rated refund will be
given, when the opened spot is filled by another child.
